Loco Crush is not responsible for your Countries Customs System if you get charged extra to collet your parcel.
The customer is responsible for their package if it gets redirected to Loco Crush marked as unclaimed or incorrect address.
However, you can get in contact with us to let us know any issues and we will follow you back with the best solution to your problem :)
Please, choose carefully as returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind, due to limited stock.
 
However, in case of a damaged product, you can contact us within 7 days of product delivery and we will asses your issue.
